We have personable staff on hand to welcome you and assist in making the most out of your time in Rome. We offer some of the following services to all of our luggage owners: free coffee and water, a restroom to freshen up after a long trip or before take off, maps, reservations and tickets, car services, tours bookings, information and more.

We are open 365 days a year. Our hours are from 8AM to 8PM. If you need to pick up your bag in our off-hours, we may be able to do so at an extra cost.

Your luggage is insured up to €1000 per bag. €5 per day.
